The venue is gorgeous, with well presented food and gorgeous location on the beach. Location next to the centre, shops are flourishing, and restaurants, shops & Roman ruins, castles & thermal water spas. Plus, a few steps away from Grottoes of Catullus. Easy check-in, generally brilliant service. Great pool to relax in too.

A mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the room, stunning location. Incredible breakfast with a wide array of meals.

All in all our stay was really nice, nothing too much trouble. Ideal hotel, the staff were all incredibly attentive and hospitable and the location was stunning right on the lake. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and great with cheese, salmon plus prosciutto and attention to detail.

We stayed at this place for our anniversary and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, being right on the lake with stunning views. It's also close to the castle and beach, making it convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean, and the rooms are comfortable with great amenities. The staff were wonderful, providing excellent service and making us feel welcomed. We also enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, which were top-notch. we highly recommend this venue and will definitely be returning.

Ideal, stylish hotel, there's lovely pool and location is stunning close to everything. Its rooms are a nice size and beautifully designed with the balcony, king size bed, as example for a really nice stay.

The service was amazing, the breakfast was great. I had the deluxe queen room which was stylish with twin beds. The overall atmosphere was quiet, though some staff members were pushy.

Great way to end our holiday. Exceptionally clean place with incredibly beautiful views and absolutely perfect location very near the centre. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room and the good bed. Location close to the lake as well as many restaurants can be found. Again, not far from Grottoes of Catullus.

The hotel offers great facilities like a thermal water pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day of business meetings. The location of the hotel is also a key feature, being close to the lake and within walking distance of the city center. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met during our stay.

The rooms were a bit small, which made it a bit cramped for comfort. Another disappointment was the lack of privacy and view from the balcony, as it overlooked a busy carpark.

We stayed here for 7 nights, the hotel was ideal and fairly clean, with great location very near the centre. The deluxe queen room was brand-new and had a good bathroom. Location: the venue was really close to the outskirts of the old town and lake Garda as a whole. Dined at Trattoria Scala, it was relatively close to the venue.

Liked our 11 days in this hotel, nothing too much trouble. It is ideal venue in a stunning location close to the Old Town, the services it offers are admirable. The stuff is being very friendly and extremely helpful.

The spa facilities were excellent, with knowledgeable therapists providing top-notch treatments. everything about this hotel was first-class.

This seemed unnecessary considering the high cost of the stay. The lack of functioning air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot, even with the window open, and the noise was bothersome.
